Banking Realm is an educational portal designed to demystify the banking industry for students, professionals, and the general public. It breaks down intricate financial systems—from central banking to retail mortgages—into digestible, visual, and interactive learning experiences.

Understanding how money moves is crucial in the modern world. Banking Realm serves as a visual encyclopedia, translating banking jargon into clear, actionable knowledge.
Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: The financial world is often perceived as opaque and inaccessible. Textbooks are dense, and online resources are fragmented. Students and junior bankers often struggle to visualize how different financial instruments (like bonds, derivatives, or SWIFT transfers) actually connect on a global scale. There was a need for a “Google Earth for Finance”—a platform that could map out the ecosystem visually.
The Solution: We developed Banking Realm, an interactive financial atlas.
System Mapping
We used D3.js to create interactive node-link diagrams showing the flow of capital between central banks, commercial banks, and consumers. Users can click on any node (e.g., “The Fed”) to see its relationships and influence on the system.
