Corporate Quest reimagines organizational management by visualizing the corporate structure as a dynamic “kingdom.” It transforms mundane HR and operational data into an engaging strategy map where departments are territories and projects are quests.
Gamifying the Org Chart
Traditional organizational charts are static and boring. Corporate Quest brings the company hierarchy to life, making it easier for employees to understand their role within the larger strategic vision.
Challenge & Solution
The Challenge: Large enterprises often suffer from “silo syndrome.” Employees in one department have no idea what another department does, leading to duplicated work and misaligned goals. The client needed a tool to improve internal visibility, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and make the onboarding process less intimidating for new hires.
The Solution: We developed Corporate Quest, an interactive enterprise map.
Interactive Kingdom Map
We replaced the standard PDF org chart with a zoomable, interactive map. Departments are represented as “Guilds” (e.g., The Guild of Engineering). Clicking on a Guild reveals its current projects, key personnel, and strategic goals.
